底板采用深级拉伸钢板,面板采用硬质SPCC钢板,上下钢板冲压、点焊成形,外表经磷化进行喷塑处理,中间空壳填充发泡水泥,经过养护后形成稳定的承载结构,上表面可贴耐磨防静电HPL贴面或者PVC贴面,搭配联网支架和方管横梁,螺钉组装。

(1)清洁场地,确保地面平整、干燥、无杂物、无灰尘;
(2)拉水平线,并将地板安装高度用墨线弹到墙面上,保证铺设后的地板在同一水平内,测量室内的长度、宽度及选择基准位置,并在地面弹出安装支座的网络格线;
(3)将要安装的支座调整到同一需要的高度并将支座摆到地面网格线的十字交点处;
(4)用安装螺钉将横梁固定到支座上,并用水平尺、直角尺逐一校正横梁,使之既在同一平面内又相互垂直;
(5)用吸板器在组装好的横梁上放置活动板;
(6)安装地板时用水泡水平仪逐块找平;在机房设置较重设备时,可在设备基座的地板下加装支座,以防地板变形;
(7)地板安装完毕封边并清洁表面,使地板更牢固、整齐、美观。
